    Default dx

    I loaded this game a few days ago... first time playing it. Got through the tutorial then started to change key bindings or whatever you call them, hoping I could move around with my mouse unsted of the keyboard. Somehow I must have unbinded the left mouse button from being the main select button is that possible? I couldn't click on anything. Plus for some reason moving the mouse moved the camera, I had to hold both mouse buttons down just to get my cursor on something but then I can't select anything. I stood there for probably a half hour trying to figure it out and I asked many times in general chat if there is a way to reset key bindings by typing and no one responded. So I had no choice but to alt f4.
    Now here's the ironic thing. After allready playing the game for a good while and completing the tutorial with no problems I can't get the game to load again now. It's giving me some stupid dx error, telling me to upgrade. I've updated dx twice and still can't load the game.

    Game Error [105]
    Could not initialize Direct 3D. Please ensure that DirectX 9.0c [Dec 2005] or higher is installed. [105]

    Default

    I keep getting this error after my game crashes, usually a reboot and it works again. It's bizarre and really messed up. No games are able to run after it crashes. I'm not sure if it's a driver issue or a direct x issue but I've reinstalled both multiple times.

    Just pasted this from no where...

    Default solved

    Oh sorry I forgot about this post.
    I reported it in a ticket and a GM responded and solved it.

    Just delete the two files in;

    root directory (C: ) / Documents and Settings / (folder by the name of your user) / My Documents / Dungeons and Dragons Online

    ddo.keymap
    UserPreferences.ini

    This won't work for you BlueBadger but wanted to put this here in case others have my problem.
