working on a cannith wand adept

I am brainstorming on how-to build the Cannith Wand Adept in DDO. I thought this would be a fun prestige class to play in the game. Wand Heightening I - III and Wand Mastery I - IV bonuses put me on the path to find an effective build for this prestige class.

There were a few catches writing up the draft version of the Cannith Wand Adept.

Wand Focus
This prestige feat adds the Caster's level to the DC and Caster's level to the wand's spell. Wand Heightening partially addresses this prestige class feat.

Does the caster's level effectively improve the wand's spell effect?

Does the Wand Mastery +% increase wand damage?


Dual Wand Use
This allows the Adept to equip and use two wands. Much like the TWF style for fighters.

How could I simulate this feat talent, if possible?

I just starting playing DDO so I'm not as versed in the mechanics as some of the community Pros.
