NPC trigger starter dungeon doesnt happen so am stuck

Hi,

My wifes toon cannot complete or leave the starter dungeon,she stuck at the part where warforge npc dude notices catch on the ground and opens grate on floor. You then swim down and pick up the key,climb ladder and open the door to carry. None of this happens at all and i cannot find anywhere how to post in game ticket. Also the cleric is stood behind post in corner of room and the rogue is running around cleric going nuts ville.

My wife has disability and struggling as is with control system without the added stress of being stuck like this,as not fully in game yet she cannot even communite with anyone,can a dev please help. I will provide any needed information. I sent email to tech support but says few days for response which not very timely when stuck as this and cannot play at all...please help..

her in game character is called :-Zafire katan

ps. also tried /stuck and recall to no avail,plus logging in and out.

If your still in the starter quest I think the Fastest resolution would be to Log out. Deleted the character. and start over.

I've never seen this bug, but it sounds like you know whats supposed to be done.

Like Impaqt said, in this situation I would recommend making a new character since you're in the first instance. If you are a free player you would not have access to in-game support, as we only offer that to Premium and VIP players.

I'm not sure what the issue is and it would be great if you'd file a bug report, but I think the best solution would be to start anew. Sorry for the inconvenience!
