    Default vip problem

    Yesterday afternoon, I decided to make me "VIP". In the morning I loaded my visa card, then got home, I logged on Site: myaccount.turbine.com I clicked on "Get Unlimited Access" I have entered the card details, double-check.
    It's been 2 days and I did not even VIPs and charged anything, I wanted to know what was wrong?

    I asked a friend of mine who is now a VIP, and I said I did everything right that there should be a button update

    Updates made on the Account Management page can take up to 24 hours to show in-game. If you're still experiencing this issue, please contact the Account Management department for assistance.

    hours have passed and nothing ever 48 hours
