fighter monk splash question

I have a TWF 16 fighter who already has 1 level of ranger. (Of course had I known about the capstone two years ago I wouldn't have done the 1 level of ranger). Now for 1 other splash, I'm thinking monk.

I have 19 wisdom (with +6 item on) and could get it to 20 with exceptional stat. (So +5 AC?)

Was thinking of taking the splash at lvl 20 after I already have kensai III.

Can you still get the wisdom to AC bonus with just one level of monk and dual wielding anything? Also I have DT Full plate. Can you get the wisdom AC bonus wearing full plate? I don't have any monk toons so any help appreciated.

You don't get the amonk ac bonus if you are wearing in armour or shields.

If you have no max dex enhancements for your armour and a dex of 22-23 than you pick up 4 ac with the monk splash (16 (15 DT +1 dex) vs 20 (8 (bracers) +6 dex + 5 Wis + 1 monk)). That assumes that you have +8 bracers of course.

If you have a higher dex than the benefit is obviously more and if you have max dex enhancements now than you free up the Ap for something else.

whether the 4 Ac makes ac worthwhile for you depends on your gear and build.
