Stuck in a 1v1 deathmatch

Just a few minutes ago, I was playing in Thelanis on my lowly character and he was new to the game. So he and I decided to just do a little one on one while we waited for a friend. When the 10 minute timer was up, we both clicked the finish button which brought us to a loading screen... and then right back to the arena like we hadn't moved.

I tried sending a note to a GM but... curiously... all of the help files are incredibly out of date. I could not find a way to send a ticket to a GM, so now I'm resorting to assistance here.

Is there anything I can do...?

yeah i was freakin out about this too. what you need to do is enter in as another character. then this will boot your original character out of the arena
