Black Screen Of death? My Fix

Ok not sure if this is just because my computer is not that high end or what but i was crashing like 4 times an hour with a nice black screen and a restart to my computer.Well I turned off my dx 10 setting and havent had a black screen in three days.Not sure if this is a real fix or a temporary solution or just a fix for me but i figured id post it to maybe help people with this same problem because it was ****ing me off like nothing else.

If you search the forums, there are a lot of people having this problem (and you'll see me saying this in other threads that I didn't start :P). Cool that turning off DX10 worked for you--turning off the Realtek sound hardware apparently worked for another fellow. However, I don't have DX10--using DX9--and I have this problem.

My screen went black on me a couple of times today for the first time I am not using dx10 but I just alt entered to min the game and back and I got it back.
