One mans attempt at reactivating his subscription leads him down a path of insanity.
This is ridiculous!
Support finally answers my ticket and gives me a Key to upgrade my account. This key adds another account, but doesn't upgrade. I then have two "FREE" accounts. One account, which should be "PREMIUM" has all my Points and characters. The second account has no points or characters.
I get in touch with phone support (after being on-hold for 25 mins) and they removed the extra account and stated that they would re-activate my account at the $14.99 rate, which should make my account "VIP". The support person says that this will be in effect now. I log in to my account and it still shows as "FREE" and I only have access to two of my characters again. I should have never hung the phone up. I can kick myself for that.
I'm currently sitting on-hold again.... thirty minutes and counting.
I'm getting very sick of this so-called support.
