Hi, I was wondering if there was ever a resolution to the turbine points. I remember seeing that there was an issue getting them sent out to everyone. I was a beta player (have the helm of the founders to prove it), and many other things, not the least of which is that I have vip status. But I have not gotten any alotment of points except the in game way of getting them plus a code from PAX. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting if I was told that it would just be a little longer. However I have sent 3 messages to support and never got any response which is irritating.

Anyone there responding to the mails?
