    Default Help! err: 140003

    I got eror: 140003 when i tried to update my credit card info.

    I tried 2 cards, one is AE and the other is master, both got the same error code.

    Both cards are issued in Hong Kong so do their billing address.

    Please help.

    You'll need to contact the Account Management department for assistance with this error. You can call or fax with your card details and they will be happy to assist you. Phone information is in my signature. If you prefer to fax your information, simply email the Accounts department and request the fax details and they are happy to provide them.

    Faxed them the info.

    CC info updated.

    Still not a VIP..

    Sent them an emial again and am waiting for their reply.

    Problem fixed. Got my VIP access.

    Not too bad it took 1 day for them to reply and get it fix.
