Yes, if you have acquired a Leveling Sigil.

Thats all I can tell you, because I dont know anymore, coz sometimes reading all the info out there about DDO is tiresome... so most of my knowledge actually does come from other players and conversations.

I agree with searching for the info rather than asking someone to give it to you.
Just TODAY there has been AT LEAST 20 posts asking how to lvl up OR is lvl 4 the cap for f2p.....seriously people, i dont mind helping ya out, but ****** man...I am not your mother either.

Almost every noob questions asked in the forums is answered on the website where you downloaded the game to begin with.

Default Fighters get more feats and more free weapon feats

While rogues get backstab damage and the ability to search/disable/open locks. There are advantages and disadvantages to both routes, depends on your play style and your initial stats/build ideas.

Free players can level all the way to 20.

To advance past 4th you need a leveling sigil. You can find these as end rewards for the quests in the harbour.

If you don't get lucky enough to find one, you can purchse then at the ddo store.. And you will have enough free points by lvl5 to buy one anyways, so it's still entirely free to play past lvl4.

You need a new sigil every 4 lvls, so 8,12,16 also.
