Character is already in game?

I have 4 characters on the same account. I can enter the game with 3 of them and entered the game with the 4th the other day however, now when I try to enter with the 4th, I get the error," Character is already in game ". I changed my password in case it was an issue there, although I never have given it out before.

I also play LOTRO and some kin members said they had the same issue with LOTRO today and a GM told them it was not a hacked account and it was a client side problem. How do I find out what is going on with the only character on my account I really would prefer to be able to play and why would it be available to play yesterday and not today? Character is a Human barb/warrior and has been on my account since the game came out nearly.

Somebody there wrote that his char is/was stuck for over 10 hours.

I have the same problem and have not been able to resolve it. No help from tech support either. It's been over 24 hours ago and I still cant log in with my character. What's the solution? Do you just have to start over again? It's pretty upsetting . . .
