Game Won't Start (0x7924d8e6)

I'm having issues loading the game.
I haven't been able to play before, and I've tried reinstalling 5+ times.
I'm running Vista 32-bit, 1gb ram.
I've tried changing compatibilties, I've attempted "Run As Administrator" Option from right click, I've tried loading the different .exes in the game folder.

All attempts have returned the same error result.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Similar situation.


Tried those things, trying the " to repair "option, at the moment.


Hit the start menu then all programs then scroll down to the Turbine option then in that to the turbine download manager or mangler , then I clicked that , then tried the repair option.

In the process of doing that, myself at the moment , it checked the install fairly quickly and now I'm downloading or fixing something I think. 50 minutes, I'll let you know if it works or worked.




PS, it worked that tdm (turbine downloader manager) the repair ooption.




q9950, 4g, vista ult 64bit, sli 260's. can play lotro at max fine. May not be a hardware problem I'm guessing.
