RR: Halfling ML 16

I know it is a shortbow where it is 2 damage less than a longbow and not worthless as a bow because it is a shortbow.

GS is prefered and agree but this would be nice for those rangers (or Rogues) who don't want to waste ingredients just for that quick minishot on fiends and such.

If want bow PM with offer.
