I have downloaded this game 2 times now and keep getting the same error when trying to run the setup.exe file. It seems all the files have DLed but I cannot get past this error.

It says: Runtime Error (at 39:524) Cannot open file C:\Users\....\appdata\local\temp\is-Q2P6R.tmp\splash_screen.bmp.

So it seems there is a pic file or something missing from the high resolution download. Is there a place to get this file so I can install the game?

And please don't tell me to get the DL through the Turbine DL manager. I had very bad experiences with TDM and LOTRO crashing all the time. Had to uninstall it and DL LOTRO without TDM to get that game to work properly. TDM is a dog pile piece of software imo....But I digress.
