    Default How long does it take to become a VIP?

    I decided to spend a little money on the game. I bought a GTC a redeemed it successfully in My Accounts. About a half hour later I logged in. Says I'm still a free account. Went back to My Accounts and looked for an upgrade button or something. Nothing. So how long do I have to wait before my account is upgraded?

    Updates made on the Account Management page may take up to 24 hours to show, and generally require that you fully restart your game launcher.

    If it has been longer than that, please contact the Account Management department for assistance.

    Well, it's been +24 hours now since I redeemed my GTC and still no VIP. I'll bet accounts don't get upgraded during the weekend. Would have been nice to know that before hand.

    Default I just upgraded to VIP (with limited access?)

    I just upgraded my account for VIP access, but right now, I don't have access to everything.

    I have Monk class and Warforged race unlocked, but Favored Soul class and Drow race are not. Why is this?

    Drow and Favored Soul have never been part of subscription accounts, VIP or earlier. Subscribers can obtain them as favor rewards, or by spending your monthly TP if you're lazy.

    So it's now Monday, going on 48 hours since I redeemed my game time card and I'm still a free account. Tried clicking on the link in Victoie's sig to contact the account management dept. It won't let me submit a ticket without a CC#. WTG Turbine! Glad I only spent a few dollars. Because I'm starting to feel like I've been ripped off.

    You can enter 0000 for the card number or leave that field blank. It is used for verification if there is a card on file.
