Character stuck

Ok logged in . entered on my toon on THELANIS .. loading screen sat there for half an hour ... i shut it down and retried... now when i enter it says.. character is already in world... so i tried another toon... same thing... stuck at loading screen.. and when i try that toon now , it says... character already in world... so i thought maybe my account got hacked and changed my password.. no one has my info BTW...

The same thing happened and i see other people having various issues today..

All my toons are now in the world somewhere hanging out smoking cigarettes on the dock ...i am a VIP and not new to the game so this is not an issue of downloading , clients , folders and yada yada... something has went wrong from the games end...it was fine 2am central .. 10 hours later.. kaboom..

What do i do now? I am taking it though this is on thier end and not mine...

Please help.
