Hi all,
I have a very strange game freezing issue. For whatever reason, my computer will randomly make the "safely remove hardware" noise, like when you are about to unplug a USB chord from your PC. Whenever my computer makes this noise, the game freezes for 30 seconds. This happens about every few minutes. I am only using a few USB ports and I am not trying to remove them.
I have scoured the forums for a problem similar to this, I haven't found anything. I play other MMOs (SWG and WOW) and don't have any issues like this. I know it's something to do with DDO. I have removed every USB plug that I am not actively using, currently I have 2, 1 for my monitor and 1 for my keyboard/mouse. Any thoughts or suggestions?
