I am once again stuck on "Getting Character Data" screen. The only time I can play is after 9PM PDT or at 6:00 AM. Why can I play perfectly at these off-times and can't even get on at popular times? Don't even try to tell me it's my machine or connection, because obviously IT IS NOT.
