    Default Int and skillpoints

    Will items with INT on them count towards the number of skillpoints, or is only the base INT being regarded?

    It's only the base int + inherent bonus (Obtained from a tome).

    So you can have 15 base intelligence +1 inherent from a +1 Intelligence tome for a total of 16.
