    So i wanted to get VIP on DDO but for some reason you guys only have US,Mexico and Canada i think as country's of billing address. Is there any way you could add other country's like UK to the list. Or at least add paypal or some other service people could pay for the VIP with.

    Oops, i used a different forum name to post.. But yeah i got a couple of game cards and added them to my account.. But for some reason it still says im a free member. Any help with that?

    Some changes made on the Account Management page can take up to 24 hours to show in game, and generally require that you restart your game completely. If this time has passed, and you still don't have access, please contact the Account Management department (information in my signature) for assistance.

    Please try this work around to upgrade from any country not listed on the "Get Unlimited Access" page (anywhere besides US, Canada or Mexico). You should be able to log into the Account Management page, and click the "Payment Method" button on the blue bar at the top of the page. Then enter your credit card and address details there.

    Once you've added a card, go back to the home page and click the "Get Unlimited Access" button. When you get to the next screen, it should give you a check box that allows you to use the card on file. Simply leave that box checked, and don't fill in any of the card or address details below, even if it is blank. This should let you upgrade to VIP status from almost any country.

    If the first step doesn't allow you to add your card, then you'll likely need to contact the Account Management department for assistance. You can call or fax with your card details and they will be happy to assist you. Phone information is in my signature. If you prefer to fax your information, simply email the Accounts department and request the fax details and they are happy to provide them.
