    Default Game card not Working

    just redeemed a 20$ Ultimate game card...for a DDO 25 digit code i entered it on my account it registered but im not seeing any changes to my account im still free trial.

    is this normal does it take a bit for the game time to apply to my account?

    Any help is appreciated thanks.

    Some changes made on the Account Management page can take up to 24 hours to show in game, and generally require that you restart your game completely. If this time has passed, and you still don't have access, please contact the Account Management department (information in my signature) for assistance.

    the same thing happened to me. I had successfully added a game card to my account.
    and i'm sure i had restart my game,but i was still free trial.

    yeah im still free trial aswell wish i had VIP access theres tons of quests i want to do

    I too am having the same problem. Added my game card and see no changes to my account status. I'm patiently waiting for a response...

    Any chance Game Card Account issues are being handled ASAP and not the usual 3-5 business days?( there seems there is about 5 of us having the problem wouldnt be hard to fix us and get us in game and get back to other problems)

    also will be credited for the time that wasnt applied? or are we out those days for example i added mine on september 12th, but my account is still free, will i be credited those days?

    well i got tired of waiting and begged my girlfriend to use her CC ...so im VIP now! yay! love how CC's work instantly but game cards dont

    anyway i hope there wont be a mix up and ill still get credited time for the game card. thanks.




    PS: the monk class is tons of fun! great job on it!

    Glad to hear you like the monk. I'm sure that the Accounts Team will take care of you when they get to your email. While there may be a bit of a delay right now due to volume, all requests are handled as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
