so what would the sp pool be if a fs had a 28 cha and the best gear to boost his sp pool? would it be over 3000? would it be over 4000? or between the two?

because I am looking to have over 3000 sp so I can run with extend max and emp and quicken on at all times and heal and offensive cast and cc and buff. without switching those feats off
