Fiddling with Rge/Rng/Ftr

So, I've been thinking about a Rge/Rng/Ftr DPS, evasion, intimitank, UMD build that requires little gear and tomes. Sure it won't be so ewber and all, but it will be a solid, survivable build. At least that's my philosophy. Now I don't have solid numbers because I'm mainly thinking about the build so any ideas/help is appreciated.

Race: thinking WF
Starting stats:

STR: 16
DEX: 15-16
CON: 14
INT 10-12
WIS: 8-10
CHA 12-14

level 1-2 rogue for max UMD/initimidate.evasion
lvl 3-8 rng for tempest splash
9-20 fighter for feat and dps galore.

All stat powerups for STR.

I do have some +2 tomes available as well as some rare items available. For now I'm forgetting about AC since the introduction grazing hits and am focusing on dealing dmg and evasion. I'm thinking in dual Kopesh wielder. Again, sorry for being so vague, but I have this build in my head and I'm just trying to get some ideas/guidance before I commit myself to something. Well Jus, you know I have a halfling rogue/ranger/fighter.


She's a lil ball of terror.

Rogue2 for maxed UMD, intim, and evasion.
Ranger6 for tempest.
Fighter8 ( will be 12 ) for kensai II, fighters haste boost IV.

The build is awesome. Very survivable, and does a ton of damage.

Your stats look good.

Depending upon exactly what U R trying to achieve, U may wish 2 switch out Rogue or Ftr 4 Monk. Monk gets evasion and has most of the Rogue skills (of course, no OL or DD). Also, Monk can B built 2 tank but U hv 2 take the TWF chain and lots of Dex and Wis (4 AC).

Monk gets a couple of feats, and higher AC options.

But the rogue gets sneak attack and UMD as a class skill.

It's all just a matter of taste.

Looks like you want to build a "Monster Build"

the classic 12/6/2 build

I have one with 2 levels of monk, but I strongly encourage doing 2 rogue for UMD (this build has TONS of extra feats, so monk is a waste in my opinion)

I wouldn't call it a " monster ".

Nimane was level 16 before monk was even in the game.

12/6/2 is a classic split. And it was popular long before " the Monster " was ever posted.
