the connection to the server has been lost

Hi

My game seems to continually crash after logging into the respective worlds (Sarlona and Cannith). I arrive on the world but the toon is frozen. About one try in 10 I get on, otherwise it loses connection and sends a message that my connection to the server has been lost.( After going to orange, then red in the connection icon on the top left).

This seems to be a new issue, but would appreciate advice as to whether this is a general issue or something specific to me? It is very frustrating.

ps Based on Australia if it makes any difference.
