    Default Turbine Points

    I accidentally made a second account when playing BETA and now my points from BETA are on that account. I need them transferred to my LIVE account. I have contacted customer service and they said I had to submit a ticket. I submitted said ticket about a week ago and still have yet to receive a response. What do I do?

    I have EXACTLY the same problem as you.
    I'm STILL waiting to hear back.
    Are all the account managers asleep or on vacation?

    Hang in there gang....
    I had the same problem, I used a beta account for the beta and resubbed to my main on the 31st so i could get in on the early play.
    I had 500 bonus beta TB's on my beta account, so I sent in the email asking them to move them to my main account on the 1st.... I just got the email confirming that they had moved the points to my main account today and when i logged in, sure enough the TB's from my beta account had been moved over to my main account....
    Just give them time.... they have alot on their plate right now and are getting things done as fast as they can i am sure

    Now, if they can just fix or explain the point situation for the VIP monthly points....
    DO we get the 500 at the start of the billing period or at the end, cause when I resubbed to vip status on my main, I only had 50 TB on it, and I understood VIP's got 500 a month....

    Has anyone gotten the 1500 points for a 2+ yr account? My VIP acct is a 2+yr account I reactivated it back in july when I heard about DDO:EU. I played from release for about 1 year. According to marketroid's post if we were active in july/august we should get the points I was active in both months yet no vet reward points. As far as I know I have all the rest of the points I was supposed to get.

    We received a very large number of requests to move points to different subscriptions. We are working through those requests in the order they were received, however because we have so many of them the turn around is currently about 3 weeks.

    If you have points on a different subscription or account and want them moved, please send an email to our Account Management department via the forum here. Please note that the subscription that we remove the points from will be permanently deleted when the points are removed. You can also email there if you have questions about the number of points you were supposed to receive (for Beta or length of account).
