I am sorry that the initial estimate on turn around for your request was significantly shorter than the wait is turning out to be. We received a very large number of requests to move points to different subscriptions. We are working through those requests in the order they were received, however because we have so many of them the turn around is currently about 3 weeks.
The log verification is actually not related to points spent - as you wouldn't be able to keep the items on the subscription that the points are being moved from anyway. The subscriptions that no longer have the points are being permanently canceled. The verification process is to check the number of points each account should have, and confirm any points they may have received. As this is a new process, we are still working on ways to improve and expedite it.
If you have points on a different subscription or account and want them moved, please send an email to our Account Management department via the forum here. Please note that the subscription that we remove the points from will be permanently deleted when the points are removed. You can also email there if you have questions about the number of points you were supposed to receive (for Beta or length of account).
