    Default Missing Store Points.

    So I subscribed just before DDO went headstart, and when I logged in on Sept 1st, I had 500 points. Yay, I thought. 500 points, from me subscribing. But I was supposed to have a thousand! But I read that DDO was having issues handing out points and thought I would wait. Well, has there been any news? Where are my other 500 points? I would like to buy the Favored Soul class /before/ the sale ends on it.

    I think the 999 Points was for folks subscroibe on or before 7/31/09

    Actually, they had the 250 points for being in beta, and then the 250 points for using the store while in the beta. And the sale I refer to is the fact that Favored soul are 596 points as opposed to 795, a 20% discount. I want to buy it before that ends.

    and you have 500.... SO what are you missing?

    I didnt realize there FvS was suypposed to be 795. Havent heard that.. Didnt worry about it since i had unlocked em with favor...

    Yes, I have 500. But that was from my subscriber. I should have 500 /more/, like many others. But I just saw they posted it the issue again, so I believe it should be resolved 'soon'.

    I subscribed but didn't get my points for that. Also got some NPC that told me I was given points and to check the store, but didn't get those either. =\

    Your 500 Subscriber points are awarded on your billing date.

    Points are granted to VIP subscribers after successful payments. Payments are always processed the next morning. You should be seeing VIP points the day after you subscribe, or the date the payment is processed.

    If you expected to receive points, and have not, or if your beta login was different at all from your current live login, then please send an email to the Account Management department so they can research this issue for you.

    However, please note that there may be some delays in receiving points at this time for both VIP and Favor. We are working to resolve these delays.

    Greets!

    If we upgraded to a VIP, don't we get Drow and Favored Soul??

    Why would you need to spend points on that if you got VIP?

    I'm wondering because I upgraded to VIP tonight, but I still see BUY NOW by Favored Soul in char creator.

    i too subscribed and i am yet to get my 500,so in fairness and so i dont have to report to my bank,i would likesomeone to explain where are my points..i called u said do it on the online support.i have.no answer.so until i get my points im not receiving the goods i payed for,so i would liek my account frozen until the day i get my points.why is this soo hard,and soo many ppl complaining about it?

    What's the relative turn around time on emails for this? I mailed in about my beta points being moved & my 999 points not showing up at the start of headstart & haven't received any type of confirmation nor response yet. There are a few items in the store I was planning to get with those points & would really hope I can still get them while they're onsale.

    I left the game in 2007 and came back as a Preimum player and have 200 points some how. Then I became a subscriber. However I did not recive my 500 VIP points. It's also past the next morning billing time. I also sent a ticket with no reply thus far.

    All emails are answered in the order they are received. Current turn around is a little over a week, due to the high volume. There is a confirmation page displayed after an inquiry is successfully submitted, but no email confirmation due to current system limitations.

    Drow and Favored Soul can be unlocked using Favor or Turbine Store Points. If you unlock using Favor, it is per server, while the Turbine store purchase unlocks these options across all servers. I apologize for any confusion, but they are not included with VIP Access.

    Thanks for the reply Victorie, it's 2 weeks now & I still haven't heard. I've submitted another ticket just in case.

    Also because of this delay now, the monk class (which I was planning on using those points for) is no longer on sale in the DDO store. I certainly hope there's some way of getting a rain check or something.

    I'm sorry, I've checked again with turn around times, and it's about 2 weeks actually. Regarding specific items and sales, I'd recommend responding to the email once they move the points if you have any questions.

    Just wanted to follow up here that I got an email today. They transferred my beta points, gave me my 999 points, and worked out something for missing out on the sale on the monk class. All in all, I'm very happy how things were handled & turned out, despite the lengthy time.

    Hi Victorie,

    I put in an email on the 8th, phone contact the 11th told me they would reply about the middle of this last week. No word.

    Disturbing contact on the phone. Dan let me know that they had to check all the logs to see if had spent these points already. This essentially leave me flabbergasted, like some thinks I am stealing from you guys.

    Second phone contact today and what do you know, Dan again. I asked if my account were frozen, because since the last call, Im not even getting favor points awarded on my store account. The first week I got 200, and should have had more from new charactures Im testing out. The same reply from him, they would reply to my email. This time he didnt give any time frame, which is very strange and suspicious. Is it strange how limited information is even from phone contacts?

    But now we are 18 days from the time the game went live on the servers 10 days from my first email, and week after my first phone call. Head start is over, and I can get no advantage from using store points in head start, so I lose a little there. And I have no idea whats going on. Turbine is hiding behind a veil of silence, and its representative have all but stated that I may be trying to fool you or decieve you to steal store points...I started with Turbine when AC went live. I deserve a lot more respect from those guys. Ive been on and off in Turbines game from the start and I find very little reason that they should suspect I am trying to pull one over on them.

    I reopened my AC account. It took them less than 24 hours to clear the error 40001 and charge my CC. This is concerning.
