Cant become a customer

I want to become a VIP since I enjoy this game but at the account page when entering my cc the only countrys showing is USA Canada and Mexico. Cant the rest of the world pay to play the game or is it some kind of bug?

While the system may have a limited number of countries to select from if you click "Get Unlimited Access" there is a work around. You should be able to log into the Account Management page, and click the "Payment Method" button on the blue bar at the top of the page. Then enter your credit card and address details there.

Once you've added a card, go back to the home page and click the "Get Unlimited Access" button. When you get to the next screen, it should give you a check box that allows you to use the card on file. Simply leave that box checked, and don't fill in any of the card or address details below, even if it is blank. This should let you upgrade to VIP status from almost any country.

If the first step doesn't allow you to add your card, then you'll likely need to contact the Account Management department for assistance. You can call or fax with your card details and they will be happy to assist you. Phone information is in my signature. If you prefer to fax your information, simply email the Accounts department and request the fax details and they are happy to provide them.
