Voice through headphones, not speakers

Trying to figure out how to get just the voice chat to come through my headphones and not the speakers. Hard to hear what people are saying when there is battle sounds and music coming through the speakers as well. Even with all that turned down through options its a struggle to hear.

So, any suggestions? I have a Razor sound card. The headset is a pretty old Logitech headset.

I have 2 outputs on my sound board and I can't split voice to one and sounds to the other

The game just doesn't allow for selecting more than one output device and what to channel through each and I wouldn't really expect it to.

Just set all sounds to 5% and voice to 100%

If I play I have to go to options audio select headset instead of speakers then pull the slider down and pick headset again so you can hear group chat in headset as well.

In the Audio tab at the very bottom try changing the voice playback device from speakers to the headphone.
