    Default DDO store issue

    I have an issue with the store where only the background will show. It looks like it is going to load something, but then nothing happens. I've restarted my computer, the game, and even updated my default browser and still nothing. I've also let it just sit there in hopes that it might eventually load and still nothing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm having the exact same problem. Any word on this?

    I'm thinking it may have something to do with my default web browser (chrome).

    I suppose it's a good thing at this point since it keeps me from spending money...

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
