    Default Stuck on Character Data Screen

    I have a VIP account and I cannot get past the Getting Character Data screen. It won't load any faster than 0.01 kbps. I had the same issue last night. Why am I paying $15 per month for VIP? FTP people should be booted if I want to log on.

    Over 30 attempts and I have made it to the character screen once and then was not able to log in to a character.

    Is anyone here? Anyone?
