Can Drow still be unlocked through favor? I have a premium account and enough favor to unlock them and they're not grayed out on the character creation window, but once I create a character it won't let me log in with him and prompts me to buy Drow at the character selection screen. I have a Drow wizard from before the game became free-to-play, however, and I can still log in with him. I talked to a couple of other friends, who also have premium accounts, and they've been able to create and play Drow characters since the switch.

Take a character with 400+ Favor and go toalk to Nyx.

Tried it, didn't work.

Edit: Problem is resolved. Apparently all I had to do was quit and restart the game.
