Can't get past Agreement form

Hello,
I just installed the game using TDM. When I click play the DDO launcher starts. After I input my Acc. and password and select a server, the launcher disapears for a second and when it gets back up wherever I click on it nothing happens and I get the "Bling" sound as if there is nothing there.
What should I do?
I am running Windows 7 with all drivers up to date.

I'm not really certain at which point you are stating that the game becomes unresponsive. From the title of your thread, it would seem that you should scroll down to the end of the license agreement to be able to click to proceed.

If it is not the license agreement you are stuck on, we'll need some more info on what you are seeing on your screen when it halts.

Sorry that I didnt say this clear.
The place the EULA should be is blank, so I cant scroll down it. Also when I click on anything else at that point it doesnt work - The close and minimize icons dont work, too.

Fixed it myself by disabling the Aero theme.
