    Default Game Keeps Locking Up

    Hello,

    I have been having issues with both LotRO and DDO trying to get into the games. I log in and my screen starts loading the game but before it gets to the first splash screen for both of them the client just stops responding and locks up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both clients multiple times and even went as far as turning the firewalls off to see if that will help. Unfortunately, no. I would greatly appreciate some technical assistance with this issue as I would really like to play both games. Thank you.

    Post your dxdiag when you get a chance (how to steps are in the "how to get help.." sticky linked in my sig)

    Also if you have "Turbine Download Mananer" (TDM) installed try running the "Validate & Repair" from the options menu.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
