Account Creating Problems

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums and I write this post on behalf of my friend. I started playing DDO in beta and now in the head-start and everything worked just fine. The problem is that my friend can't create his account (it says: Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTxTTCM6KOP and Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx if I remember right... he tryed to create his account today: September 10) And one more thing: my friend didn't play the original and/or in beta, he's completely new. Thx. in advance,

If this problem persists for your friend when trying to create the account through the standard web registration process please have him submit a help request via the following page.

In the "type of issue" field, please have him select "New Free Account Key Request". The Account Management Team will then send him a product key that can be used to create an account directly from http://myaccount.turbine.com without any issues.
