What is up with the prices in the AH?

I love those who have so much plat they can't see why someone who is new or doesn't have 5 plat capped alts would have an issue with the prices.

Well of course that's an issue, but what do ou plan to do about it? The OP is wrong, plat farmer arent responsible for the AH prices, people with more plat than they know what to do with are. I'll never be able to afford large ingredients or +2 tomes at AH prices, but those are the prices

Once you have no use for larges and +2s you will have plat capped toons. Best way to make plat last mod was run shroud and sell the larges.

I'll never grind the shroud enough to be in that situation lol. Unlike some I haven't even hit 20 completions on all my chars.

I did however pick up a nice chunk of plat by selling a couple +2 tomes, they really do go for those insane prices lol

Hell I only have a level 2, new player as well. When leveling a character in WoW I never bought twink gear; you save your cash to get pre-raid gear. Some peeps never learn; I guess it must be necessary to have spinning rims on your shields at lvl 10 lol.

First welcome to DDO, secondly this isnt WOW, third nobody cares what you did in WOW here in DDO. When you get past level 2 and have experienced the game a bit more you will realize that and become a better player for realizing that.
