Servers are showing *Closed*

Just finished downloading launcher and game. But it still shows servers are closed to my account? What did I do wrong. Ive looked at my exception logs in firewall. None of these are blocked.

I am having the same issue. I have an old account from 2006 that under the account info says free to play. I login to the game and it gets to where it says that the servers are closed. So I created a new free account and the servers are all open and available for play. Can someone please help me with this issue?

You should both be able to log into the game a little later today. We will start working to apply the fix to these two subscriptions now.
