Laptop issues: Installed fine and worked for 15 minutes. Now game refuses to load at all. Meets minimum requirements.

Desktop issues: Lag is horrendus. What is odd is my husband is playing opn his computer next to me perfectly fine. Keep loosing connection with chat, actions take a minute or more to register. Computer meets maximum requirements.
