    Thumbs down steal my money,DDO?

    HI

    I have redeemed a 30-day game card,but i am not a VIP.
    then i bought one more from Paybycash.com,redeem it.still not a VIP.


    I want to know,is it a BUG? Did anyone have the same problem?

    Can anyone help me here?

    Since your forum name says you are a guest, it likely means you didnt activate the gamecard/account yet. Click the "my account" link at the top of these forums and follow the directions you should find there. I think all you need to do is log in to your account and put your activation code into the space provided.

    Did you mean go to myaccount.turbine.com,log into the system and add the game card?

    I did it,now the codes are in use.
