I had the same problem as most of you guys, but i managed (somehow miraculously) by using this Canadian website http://rapidpass.info/

It might not work for everyone, but it works for me at least. Also clean your caches and cookies just in case before using it. Good luck for everyone else who is trying to create an account. Now for me to enjoy the game~

i wonder why it doesnt work anymore i got 10s of friends willing to play but we cant get accs without submitting tickets and waiting for days anymore

If you select the New Free Account Key Request type when submitting the email, we do have an expedited process for those requests. Or you can call.

Thanks for all the info on this thread - I managed it by getting on my phone and registering there - a little tedious but at least now I'm that much closer to ready for my transfer to the US. Once I've downloaded the client...
