10 Day Free Trial Points- Lost Forever?

Hi, I got into DDO with the 10 day free (beta) trial in August, through Fileplanet.

When I signed up it said I got some free Turbine Points too- 500 or something, I can't remember and the original offer is not there anymore. At the time I had no idea what they were talking about and didn't pay much attention, but now that I'm into the game and playing my permanent character I was hoping to redeem those points... but it says my code is no good.

I'm thinking that if I had redeemed them during my 10 days I would still have them... so am I SOL, or is there maybe a way to still get them?

Steps to redeem:

1. Download Dungeons & Dragons Online here: http://www.fileplanet.com/202160/dow...imited-Client/

2. Create your account here: https://myaccount.turbine.com/

3. Enter your beta key for access


4. Enter your point code in-game by using the STORE button on the menu

That key and point code were for use in Beta only.

those were free points for use in beta only. Even if you had used the code you wouldnt have had them now but if you had used the code and spent some of those points during beta you would have gotten points for being in beta and for using the store.

Ok. I did get points for being in beta and for using the store... I just opened it and checked it out and still got the points.
