Character signiature

The new signiatures are updating correctly but I'm having trouble.
It looks like we can't normally have an image in our signiature so we have to use the charsig code. I added this to my sig:
front bracket:
charsig=http://ddosigs.level3.turbine.com/0220f00000003a293/010010200003000/signature.png][/charsig
back bracket

But it's not showing up. help?

(I can't even get the text to show up in my post, so I ommited the first end last brackets.)
