I just submitted an email ticket on this, but then it said it may be 3-5 business days before I get a response. I'll try calling later once the call center is open if I don't get this resolved first.
Last night I was playing, no problems. But today I go to log on and it says my subscription has expired and I have to choose between 4 characters. Well I logged on to my account area on the billing website and saw that the credit card on file was one that had been canceled, and also that the email address I had on file was a very old one that no longer exists.
So I updated both things, but it didn't automatically pick up the same billing rate I had been using and that rate was not selectable. It was the promotional rate from last year where you could pay $29.97 that recurs every 3 months. Or was it $59.94 every 6 months? Regardless, it came out to an effective $9.99 per month.
Considering that my subscription ended unintentionally, and it only happened today, and I am trying to resubscribe today such that Turbine doesn't lose a single day of billing, is there some way I can get the same subscription rate as I was paying? Thanks.
