I posted my comments so that others who might not like that type of play, would have the the chance to send me a pm to see who did it. I have responed to all so far. Its was an item that I did not really need, and I said in voice chat that I would offer it up for a roll and of course I was surprised that a sorc rolled but he did and won so he got it. He then traded it for devil scales lol. It was the most shameless thing I have seen in over 3 and half years so I posted about it on the forums.

Pulled a +3 dex tome on my cleric in the reaver. I could have used it but thought lots of the others could use it more so I put it up for roll even though I was being offered a nice trade. A sorc wins it and then traded it He did later did offer me half of what he got for it. Quality work Sir!

It's because I asked two days ago how to kill Aspenor as a Ranger vs his Spellsword in the "Request a Build, Get a Build" Thread. Obviously he needed the "extra length" to avoid my intended multishot.

Its awful to hear how people can trade away their dignity and reputations for a couple of scales or tome! Thankfully the people and guilds I play with acknowledge this is against the spirit of 'good' gaming.

Perhaps if the Sorc in question mailed you the scales as an afterthought and a statement apologizing for their impropriety they could have atleast gain some of their dignity back.

Your selfless act is positively assuring and does speak well of the majority of players on Argo.
