Build Challenge: Tear of Dhakaan and Xorian Cipher

Here's a theoretical that I have always wondered about. Is there a useable build that would be able to trigger all the stat levers in the game, on one character?

The two that I think of most are Tear and Xorian...Seems like four stats though...Str, Wis, Int in Tear and Wis and Cha in Xorian, if I remember correctly. What's the lowest level someone could hit all those at? What other quests have min stat requirements?

Xorian highest int is a 22 one, cha 20 wis 20 iirc, not a big deal, any non-min-maxed build should be able to reach most of those stats. Toss in the von lever too for the mix for 25 str.

Aside from the INT lever requirement, you'd probably have stats to match the STR, CHA, and WIS runes easily enough at endgame.
So all you'd need is a 16 base INT + 6 item. Which you otherwise wouldn't need INT on the build for But hey, just doing a hypothetical situation here.

12 + 2 tome + 2 exceptional + 6 item, or 11 and + 3 exceptional, or even lower with higher tomes ... you get the pic. Int is always welcome for me on most of my builds, I like having many skills

I think we all can probably hit the marks on a 20th level character....but Xorian is an 8th level quest, and Tear is a 7th level. VON is a 10th (I think those are the levels). How close can we get to those levels and still hit those marks?

dragon str levers are 25 IIRC.

Xorian has one cha run that is 22ish, as my 20 cha rogue couldnt hit it at that level.

My 18/1/1 ranger build ("the exploiter" build) can self-buff/gear to over 22 on str/wis/int/chr and is a very usable build.
