TWF Feat Confusion ..

Ok very new to game but trying to understand..Just dinged 3 and was offered TWF oversised weapon feat.

I may have butchered that Description.Was hoping to get the TW Proficiency. So we only get what Trainer offers is my question.Have the reguired Dex for the TW proficiency but it wasnt offered.

once you meet the requirements for TWF you can choose it whenever you can a normal feat or a fighter bonus feat
and as you get the choice to pick up OTWF, you have TWF already

Are you mulitclassed ranger? If so you got the twf feat for free at level 2 ranger, otherwise sounds like a bug.

Two Weapon Fighting minimum requirement is Dex 15 (not counting race or items enhancements), you have to have it as base.

Tomes do count.

If you still have 15 dex and it's not showing, bug report it.
