    Default Why has my account gone back to Free?

    I just upgraded yesterday, paying the $15 and it worked fine. I was happily playing the new content and enjoying the other VIP features.

    Yet today I log on to find my account reverted to Free with no message explaining why. I've submitted an account ticket but being told the response time was 3-5 working days is just not on.

    It's just so **** frustrating.

    Please log into "http://myaccount.turbine.com" to check on your account status. You should be able to activate the subscription from that page.

    I am having sort of the same problem. Just finished updating my account, now it has reverted me back to premium account, when I was just a VIP yesterday. Don't know why. Need some help here please. Thank you

    Default Was VIP now premium...What gives

    Don't understand...Just finished updating account info, but now only have Premium access instead of VIP status. What gives? Can someone please explain this to me? I should have 11 slots along with my 11 characters, but is only allowing me to have 5 characters. Why is this? When I know that I've been a subscriber since Feb. of 2006. And I just finished purchasing an extra slot with my TPs.

    It is possible that the payment didn't fully process. I'd recommend logging into the Account Management page, and reinstating if necessary. If you have additional questions about this process or your account, please contact the Account Management department.
