Named handwraps

So just out of curiosity, has anyone found or heard of these supposed named transmuting hand wraps eladrin said exist somewhere in game?

I'm still using my transmuting of non-existing, so hopefully one day I can upgrade.

I recall reading something about new items in the subt skeleton boss chest in the release notes (same chest as icey raiments)... that would be one place to check.

If someone finds the handwraps please post em here, and let us know where!
