Should go Level 1 Monk and get more Skill Points (4 Balance, 4 Concentrate, 3 Jump, 1 Tumble).

    Monk 1
    Feat - TWF
    Class Feat - Toughness

And go FvS at level 2.

In retrospect, this is a good idea. But in the overall, I have only 1 skill point on most of my levels anyway and thus will only ever max out one skill. Its a trade out I had to accept (even more so since I'm a skill junkie.)

think with the 12 AP you should get the FvS prestige?

    But you lose your wings

Do you need your charisma to be so high? I'd drop it a bit and put some more points in con. And do the paladin levels add that much either? You already have scimitar proficiency and you can achieve good saves anyway but you sacrifice wings, 2 caster levels and give up level 9 spells (mass heal)

    Well, hello,

I'd forgetten about this thread. I'm sure others have done similar, but I played this build up to 15th i think. I ran a lot of duo with a WF fighter. I could keep us both healed fine and there were really very few issues playing this character as a fighter with very good healing.

I stopped playing it simply because it was too similar to my other TWFers and they already had GS and raid gear.

    Good luck!

This is exactly the trade off and you have to decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not.
Personally, I don't think it is.
Those two levels of Pally just don't offer enough in my eyes to warrant the loss of all 8th and 9th levels spells. You still get one 8th level spell, but it will almost certainly be Mass Cure Crit if you want to be able to function as a healer. While other Monk splashed FvSs can choose not to take MCC because they'll get Mass Heal shortly after, a build like this cannot. So you effectively get no 8th level spells to choose from either because the one that you do get is spoken for.
So you're giving up 8th and 9th level spells, and your wings, to make your already good saves a little bit better.
Totally not worth it in my book.

Plus, this build has no Metas other than Extend and Quicken. It will be a craptastic healer. MCL, MCM, MCS, and MCC.... with no Metas. Good luck trying to heal a raid without chugging 14,000 pots.

This is the Golden Roach give or take a few things. I personally like the build but would never build one. I did however build an 18FvS/2monk
    that beat stuff down.Try this:

-Go half elf. You lose a few points to hit and damage with scimmys but not all of them.

-Take Paladin Dilettante. Any more than +5 saves from charisma is over kill.

    Fort/Reflex/Will

    11/11/11 Fvs
    3/3/3 monk
    5/5/5 resist
    5/5/5 Chr
2/2/2 luck(Head of good fortune, epic item slot, or craftable trinket)
    1/1/1 alchemical(easy to get)
5/7/3 stats(guessing on these and aiming low)

    32/34/30 Unbuffed

    4/4/4 holy aura
    4/4/4 GH

    40/42/38 sustainable saves.

I have a build like this and it's amazing. I find myself being the last man standing in the rare event of an endgame party wipe. This build is solid and might possibly be what your looking for.

Also let it be known that I really like the Golden Roach build a lot. I think the creator did a very good job of thinking outside the box. I just wanted to offer an alternative. I have no intentions of insulting the original concept.
